cheat codes 2: threshold one-shot recording

during the Music Hackspace workshop this past weekend, some participants asked about adding a threshold mode for live one-shot recording. it made a ton of sense to help folks keep both hands on their external instrument, so i've added it in!

this mode also affords exploration of some lesser-known cheat codes features, specifically how auto-chop morphs to fit the live segment's loop points, which creates opportunities for targeted replacement in the live buffers. when combined with arps or patterns, this technique brings cheat codes into new territory!
